I have a theory on what might be the reason Jude changed all of the sudden and decided to kill MC. At the start of the game we were 'snooping' around in the morgue; looking through old files, etc. and then not long after Jude suddenly came in and questioned what we were doing and looked at the old files in our hand, then he got scared like maybe we found something. Possibly referring to how later in the game in that same morgue we found the bag of ID's, leading to Jude not being Ethan and Doe being the real Ethan. Jude obviously couldn't ask straight up if MC found the bag so instead of asking maybe he killed her to be safe?
I was walking in a forest, and I asked John how close we were to the dead body. He responded, "Right - Forward - Left" I smiled, I knew it was the JUSTICE.

isso me fez pensar, se a carta chegou até o mc, e o jude sabia e foi se encontrar com o mc no lugar do ethan.
queria saber o motivo dele ter matado o ethan, no entanto. foi premeditado? ou algo que o jude não esperava que ocorresse? acredito que a morte do mc foi pelo jude achar no começo do jogo que o mc descobriu algo sobre o ethan verdadeiro.
enfim, ao mesmo tempo que amei o final justice, ainda fiquei triste pelas circunstâncias que o ethan e o mc se encontraram. se o jude não existisse, acredito que eles teriam sido muito felizes juntos. espero que ambos possam ficar em paz agora.
I really love this game, tbh, it did make me curious about what is going on, and the plot are intrigued and creative too. Being a ghost, curious and angry why I have been dead out of nothing, and by the hand of who I love and trust, it really make the plot stand out. But there are still many things that make me feel a bit miss, the answers that haven't been said

For example, what is Jude's intention by killing MC and Ethan? Why not anyone else but them? What is the relationship between MC and Ethan before they died? Why is MC's body not be found by the police? What did Jude actually scared of when he looked pass MC and Ethan? Why did Ethan try to do all these things when he seemed really tired of this like he's forced to? All of sudden, why did Jude change suddenly? Like yeah he did kill Ethan, but like the MC said, Jude at that time just change out of no where, like he didn't have the intention to kill MC at first
All of this question really make me stuck, especially Jude's true intention. I still love the story, but I just hope I can find the answers for all of this question, it will make the story more profound. Hope there will be another part for this game to answer all the mystery. Love it!!!
i think all you need to do is find ethans body in the woods by picking go right-go forward-go right then the option to justice ending unlocks. at least thats what i did and got the ending lol
This game carries a tinge of sorrow, yet I really love it--it's an amazing work. The final scene is so beautiful. This game has also given me some thoughts on existence and death. I don't think it's just a game about love and mystery, it also carriers certain philosophical significance.

I love how we basically know he's the one tracking Jude down and it also makes so much sense that our protective sneaky friend would be tracking the number one suspect after we went missing. It only clicked at the end but it was so satisfying to figure out!

HOLYY this is so good, highkey one of the best i've played this yr oml, i got both enmdings, the mystery, the tension, the lighthearted moments, EVERYTHING'S JS SO GOOD (SPOILERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR BELOW!!!)
and the revenge ending really isn't that satisfactory, and itt makes sense cuz yea u got vengeance, now what.. no justice, no relief, js plain, cold and unsatisfied rage. i'm so lucky to have gotten the good ending first T-T ETHAN DESERVES THE WORLDD he deserves a promise fulfilled, and justice served... and ofc, a happy afterlife with our character fisahrjhdbhmgs this is so peak bro i js can't breathje anymore i rlly didn't expect everything to flow like that but it was delivered so beautifully, and the artstyle's so cute i js kept taking screenshots TuT

The slight romance was also very endearing; I really liked how it was integrated into the mystery but not in a way that distracted you from the rest of the story.
absolutely beautiful game omg i am in love :,) the music, the characters, the writing, the pacing of the text everything is perfectly coordinated and creates an atmosphere that is both dreamy and eerie... plus this game has a fun mechanic that you don't see too often in most VNs. 10/10!!!
The story and music were so beautiful 🥺. I loved how I actually had to think and put the pieces together, rather than having everything shown directly , the way it was implied made it so much more engaging.

It was truly heart-wrenching when Ethan said (or maybe it was the phantasm mechanic) that all the time and effort they spent was wasted now. I just wanna give Ethan a hug (つ╥﹏╥)つ.
Wonderful game! I thoroughly enjoyed the story (and haunting 'Ethan')! The whole phantasm mechanic was a fun little treat! It's a really cool way to give more details beyond what our observation provides! And that one part about Ethan's sister? Not even knowing her little brother is dead? Pain. Truly.
I had a lot of fun piecing every clue together! The preview of the IDs on the game page... Ohoho! What a fun foreshadowing! All in all, great work! Beautiful art too!

The beginning was the first thing that scared me in YEARS

how do you get the first ending?? I got the second one first and really need to know what I'm missing out on?
(Spoiler) You have to pick the non-aggressive options and help Doe find his body.
I really loved the story and game, but I'm a little sad that there was no mention about the police finding the mc's body.
10/10 character (doe/ethan, not jude), 10/10 art, 10/10 storyline and pacing omg u outdid urself!!
