Hello all! I am pleased to announce that First Base Day 1 has been released! For those confused, before this release, there was a "Demo" or prologue known as Day 0 available for play. Now, you can play both Day 1 and Day 0! Because that's how these types of VNs work, lol.

There was also an extra CG added for this day that was added at the last minute because the BG we planned to have instead would not make sense since it would only be used for this day. Hooray, Dakota date CG! If you saw it from Ky's portfolio already, no you didn't!

I am admittedly very nervous posting First Base Day 1 because I fear it will not be received well due to its lack of "yandere-ness" unlike Day 0 where it is undeniable he is crazy. But since Day 2 is already in the works, First Base lives on, and I'll probably keep investing my time into it since I HAAATEE seeing it labeled as a demo/in-development on my itch page.
Back on the yandere-ness, I would say Dakota himself is very confident in himself so that he will make fewer slip-ups, or his slip-ups may not even be obvious because he may just be able to transition it into a conversation smoothly. Action-wise, he's a sneaky guy... things will start to go down Day 5. I'd say he's a red flag throughout the entire thing, though.

I'm hoping days 2-7 will be released pretty smoothly, but since I am participating in a few game jams in months like April and June, there will likely be no releases for First Base.
